Dear User: Before registering as a Coco Job user and utilizing the various services provided by Coco Job, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. By starting to use Coco Job products or services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is entered into between CODELOOP PTE.LTD. (Registered Address: 1 Raffles Place #50-00 Singapore 048616) (hereinafter referred to as "Coco Job" or "we") and you. It applies to all products and services provided to you by Coco Job via websites, apps, mini-programs, APIs, SDKs, hardware, or other emerging formats.

I. Acceptance of Agreement

In accordance with Cybersecurity Law, the Provisions on the Management of Internet User Account Information, and other relevant laws and regulations, once you complete the mobile SMS verification or third-party authorized login on the registration page and check the box to agree to this Agreement and related documents, you signify that you have fully read and accepted all rules of this Agreement and the Coco Job Privacy Policy.

II. Account Registration and Authentication

1. Registration Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age;
The purpose of use must be for Legal AI service utilization / Content creation / Job seeking and recruitment / Business cooperation.
Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.

2. Identity Authentication (Triggered only when relevant functions are involved)

Individual Users: Name + ID number + Face recognition (original facial images are deleted immediately after verification);

3. Prohibition of Fraudulent Registration

If any forged, stolen, or borrowed identity information credentials are discovered, Coco Job reserves the right to immediately freeze or cancel the account and pursue legal responsibility.

III. Account Security

Users are responsible for all actions under their account, including but not limited to uploads, posts, private messages, payments, and AI-generated content.
Account ownership belongs to Coco Job. Users are granted a limited right of use only and shall not gift, lease, transfer, sell, or permit others to use the account in any manner.
In the event of abnormal login or account theft, please contact us immediately via Customer Service Email. Coco Job shall not be held liable for losses resulting from the user's failure to maintain account security.

IV. Description of Services

2. Payment Rules

Due to the special nature of digital products, virtual goods are non-refundable once purchased (no 7-day no-reason return policy applies);
Price, validity period, and benefits are subject to the details on the order page;
Invoicing: Applications must be submitted via the "Me - Invoice Center" in the App within 30 days of order completion. Failure to do so within this timeframe constitutes a waiver of the right to an invoice.

3. Risk Control and Verification

Coco Job may suspend/terminate services if materials are refused or found to be falsified;

4. Third-Party Services

When using third-party login, payment, cloud storage, or AI models, users must simultaneously comply with the third party's terms;
Disputes arising from third-party services shall be resolved between the user and the third party; Coco Job assumes no additional liability.

V. Limited Liability

Coco Job provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee that services will be continuous, timely, secure, or error-free.
Coco Job shall not be held liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by Force Majeure (natural disasters, war, hacker attacks, network failures, government actions, etc.), but will endeavour to minimize the impact.
Risks arising from transactions or communications between users and third parties via Coco Job shall be borne solely by the user.

VI. User Conduct Code

1. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from uploading or disseminating information that:

Violates the Constitution, endangers national security, undermines national unity, spreads rumours, or contains obscenity, violence, or incitement to crime;
Uses AI to deep-fake the image or voice of others without authorization;
Involves unauthorized data scraping, crawlers, bulk registration, traffic manipulation, or cheating.

2. Prohibited Commercial Acts

Buying or selling accounts, virtual items, or computing power on any third-party platforms;
Using unauthorized plug-ins, add-ons, scripts, or group control tools to access Coco Job;
Falsely using the name Coco Job for paid training, account management, or top-up services.

3. Handling of Violations

Upon discovery of violations, Coco Job may take measures including deleting content, restricting functions, freezing accounts, permanent bans, and seeking compensation;
Users shall be liable for all losses (including attorney fees and investigation costs) caused to Coco Job or third parties due to their breach of contract.

VII. Content Uploads and Intellectual Property

By uploading content, users grant Coco Job a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable right to use said content for display, promotion, and algorithm training (de-identified), until the user provides written notice to cease such use.
Users guarantee that uploaded content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party; users assume full responsibility for any such infringement.
Coco Job respects intellectual property rights and will handle infringement notices in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information.

VIII. Special Notice for AI Services

Generated content does not represent the stance of Coco Job; please verify information independently.
It is prohibited to use AI to generate illegal, false, infringing, harassing, violent, or pornographic content;
If inappropriate AI output is discovered, please report it via the Feedback Channel. We will process it within 24 hours.

IX. Account Cancellation

Connect our team to cancel the account;
Please settle all outstanding orders and disputes before cancellation;
Once cancellation is complete, all unused benefits will be cleared immediately and cannot be recovered.

X. Amendments to the Agreement

Coco Job may update this Agreement in accordance with the law. Changes will be notified via pop-ups, push notifications, or emails within 7 days of the update;
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest terms. If you do not agree, you may apply to cancel your account.

XI. Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure, Coco Job may suspend the performance of its obligations until the impact is removed and shall not bear liability for breach of contract, but will make reasonable efforts to mitigate losses.

XII. Notifications

All notices will be sent via in-app system messages, pop-ups, emails, or SMS. Users must ensure that their provided contact information remains true and valid.

XIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations.
Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
