I. Introduction

To effectively protect the privacy rights of Coco Job users, we have developed this policy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its subsidiary regulations, the primary privacy legislation governing personal data in Singapore.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(I) Core Functions and Essential Information

1. Account Registration/Login

  • You must provide an email address (if refused, you may only browse public content).
  • We support third-party account quick login (e.g., Google).

2. Profile Completion

  • You may need to provide information such as Name, Gender, Birth Year, Educational Background, Occupation, Industry, Personal Bio, etc.
  • The above information is used for Core Matching/Recommendation Algorithms/Voice Assistant Personalization and can be hidden at any time.

(II) Additional Functions and Non-Essential Information

Content Creation and Uploads

  • When uploading images/audio/video, we will request access to your Album/Camera/Microphone permissions, used solely for publishing and editing.
  • For AI-generated content (text-to-image/text-to-speech, etc.), we record the prompts you input for model optimization (de-identified).

III. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Used for maintaining login status, preferences, and anonymous statistics.
  • You may clear Cookies in your browser or App, but this may result in required re-login or loss of preferences.

IV. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

  1. Entrusted Processing: Services such as cloud storage, CDN, and identity verification are provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with whom we have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
  2. Transfer: In the event of a merger or divestiture, notice will be provided 30 days in advance via in-app message/email. The recipient must continue to be bound by this policy.
  3. Public Disclosure: Only when required by law or when you voluntarily publish content.

V. Your Rights

Withdraw Authorization/Delete/Copy/Export Personal Information: Send a request to [email protected]; we will respond within 7 business days.

VI. Minors Clause

  • Services and payments are not provided to users under 16. Any inadvertently collected data will be deleted within 24 hours.
  • If the product is for educational purposes: "Parent/Guardian consent process" applies.

VII. Protection of Deceased Users' Information

Close relatives may apply to access or delete information for legitimate interests by providing relationship and death certificates to [email protected].

VIII. Policy Updates

Material changes (e.g., purpose of processing, sharing parties) will be prompted via pop-ups/email/in-app messages. If no objection is raised within 7 days, it shall be deemed consent.
